What started working together at a company and asking “why do we always go through the same motions? You know, we could really do something different here” to what is now a successful company making other companies successful.

Between us, we’ve got 40+ years of experience across product, data, design, operations, analytics, consultancy, shipping, estate agency, cyber …. you name it. What’s always connected the dots is our shared belief in designing things that work for people, not just churning out and measuring the number of things we deliver.

We’re curious by nature, always digging into the “why” behind a problem. We ask questions, chase insights, and never settle for business jargon when a bit of straight-talking and a sticky note will do. Our background in data and human-centred design means we know how to read between the lines, balancing evidence, instinct, and user feedback to shape solutions that actually stick.

We’re comfortable zooming out to the big picture and dreaming up the moonshot, while also rolling up our sleeves and getting things shipped. Some days it’s about the long game; others it’s a good old JFDI. We know how to ride both waves.

We work fast, bounce off each other’s energy, and have a lot of fun along the way. That vibe tends to be infectious, we’re often told we bring the spark that gets people moving and teams clicking into gear. We’re also not afraid to call each other (and you!) out when we lose sight of what matters: people, planet, and pounds. In that order.
